The Harmon Firm is made up of James H. Harmon, managing partner, Thomas M. Harmon, of counsel, Hon. James H. Harmon, retired Superior Court Judge. Between the partners alone, we offer over 50 years of combined legal experience in Southern California. We have offices in central Orange County and Los Angeles County.
